Today is a very special day for Lecrae fans … we’re celebrating the day he was born, October 9^th! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LECRAE! Since the beginning of NGEN, Lecrae has been a huge part of what we do. If you knew about NGEN Radio back in the summer of 2011, we threw the NGEN Boomin’ concert series and Lecrae “Got Turnt” at the Kemah Boardwalk! One year later, in 2012, the NGEN Crew got to hang with Lecrae here in Houston when stopped by for the #ANOMALY tour. And he even posted the pic of our NGEN Crew on his Instagram! Then, in February of this year, Lecrae stopped by the NGEN studio for an interview with Chris Chicago and photo ops with the NGEN fam!    Lecrae is back in H-town this week and we can’t wait to see what the future holds! We just hope it includes a lot more of Lecrae – NGEN hang time! Happy Birthday, Lecrae, from all your NGEN fam!
