Read part 1 and part 3.

Q: Can I even be forgiven?

A: Absolutely, to say that your sin is too great for God to handle is absurd. That's essentially saying that the death of God's son, of his perfect bloodshed isn't enough to cover the sins of mankind and that’s just not true. The Bible is so clear with us that the only time we fall away from grace is when we start believing that we don't need it. All of us need Grace and God makes it possible for us through his son, Jesus. It doesn't matter how far you’ve ran or how much messed up stuff you've done. God's grace, through his son Jesus, his blood his pardon-giving blood cannot be trumped by any man's amount of sin. And so, I look at Paul who wrote half of the New Testament, you know, the Apostle Paul he was killing Christians before he became a Christian. God loves to use people who have messed up stories and messed up backgrounds to bring Himself glory. To say, “hey look at what I used to bring Me glory.” You look at all these people throughout scripture that are being used by God and they were all kind of jacked up. So, don't believe the lie that I'm too jacked up, I’m too sinful, I’m too messed up for God to want me. He loves taking us in our lowest points and transforming us. I think one of the lies often we believe is that we must change our self or transform myself before we come to God so that He'll accept us. But the beautiful part is the gospel is good news about Jesus telling us that, we don't have to change who we are to approach Him. But that, we can approach Him just as we are for Him to change us. He has grace for us. He’s not like our other friends who if they knew the truth about us, they wouldn’t want to be around us. He knows everything about us and still he draws near to us. It’s mind-blowing and scandalous, the beauty of Jesus.
