Millennials get blamed for a lot. For one, the closures of once-popular stores. Millennials are also responsible for the uncertain future of one popular Christmas tradition: workplace Secret Santa.
Apparently, office Secret Santa leaves millennials fearing that if they overspend on gifts for their co-workers, they'll be seen as "over the top," and if they underspend they'll be perceived as "stingy."
35% of Millennials would like to see the tradition banned from the workplace entirely.
