If we're being honest, it's a little awkward passing by a homeless person as they ask you for money. It's hard to know what to do and how to help...but one woman in Nassau Bay has an incredible story that, in my opinion, reflects God's heart.
Ginger Sprouse saw a homeless man named Victor around her business for years and finally decided to stop and talk to him one day. She found out he was waiting in the same place so his birth mother could find him. As she spent more time with him, she realized that what he needed wasn't another sandwich but help getting onto his feet. She's since raised $18,000 for him, provided him a job, and moved him in with her and her family.
I'm not crying. Well, maybe a little.
