We're counting down the days until NF's highly-anticipated fourth record, "The Search." It drops July 26th, but to tide us over until then, he's released another single from the project. "Time" was teased in the music video for "When I Grow Up." NF's wife Bridgette calls it "one of her favs" from the project.
The video features a rewinding scene of a couple trying hard to make things work despite their differences. In typical NF fashion, the scene is darkly colored and realistic.
To shed a little more light on the song's meaning, we turn to a tweet Bridgette posted this morning about her relationship with the notoriously private NF:
forever regardless of the ups and downs. I love this man to the moon and back and I will continue to love him for the rest of my life. I’m so proud of you Nathan for all your hard work (in business and in your personal life) and I’m so glad that we get to do forever together.
