Three police officers took a selfie together before heading out to work during Hurricane Irma. Little did they know their selfie would soon rocket them to internet superstardom, with cougars from around the country rallying to celebrate their good looks.
"Officers Nordman, Hamill and Rengering...part of the night crew getting ready to do some work. #Irma."
That's all the now-infamous selfie's caption read. Over 100,000 comments later, amid many requests to shoot a calendar, the department has announced they WILL be selling a calendar, with proceeds going to help Hurricane Irma recovery efforts.
While two of the officers are married, Officer Rengering (far right) is single. According to the Facebook post, he "is being placed into Cougar Prey Protective Care, similar to the witness protection program for his safety."
